Library & Other Learning Resources
The Law Library is more than 600 square feet. The library facility is a complete legal library with up-to-date case reports, statutes, and digests. In addition, IVU has an extensive collection of practitioner’s guides and treatise materials covering virtually every area of the law.

IVU also recognizes the need for technologically advanced research facilities in today's legal environment. In IVU's computer labs, students have access to the latest in legal research programs including the Cornell Legal Information Institute, FindLaw and Lcxis/Nexis, along with word processing and legal software such as Word, Word Perfect, and Access.

The Law Library is available for student use during normal hours of operation. Campus library and computer laboratory are open Monday through Thursday from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Computer Lab
IVU's computer lab is available to all enrolled students and alumni. Students have access to the lab during regular campus hours when not in use by scheduled classes.

Tutorial programs
IVU has a high level of expectations for its staff and faculty as well as its students. In order to maintain and encourage our students to achieve academic excellence, we provide tutoring services free of charge. This program is a benefit to every student who is experiencing difficulty comprehending any aspect of their course of study. Tutorial programs are available on a student-need basis. Coordination with student (s)/professor will he arranged by administration. Professors are required to offer office hours before and after class time. Student/ professor meetings can also he arranged outside normal office hours on campus grounds only.

For online and correspondent students, IVU offers email, live chat and telephone support and tutoring.

Study Groups
IVU encourages students to study together in groups. To facilitate this, each course has group assignments, which students may complete as a group. Tbe Library and Computer lab are open during normal school hours for this purpose. In addition, seminars and tutoring sessions are held throughout the school year in group formats to foster group study and participation.

Counseling
Counseling is offered at any time for students. Administrators/ Admissions Counselors are available during normal hours of operation to offer academic and financial counseling. Grievances and all student issues may be addressed during counseling sessions.

Career Services
IVU offers a comprehensive program for both on site and correspondence students seeking jobs upon graduation, which includes:

1. A resume professionally written hy an expert in the field
2. Classes on strategies and techniques for job search
3. Classes on interview skiIJs development
4. Development of a portfolio of class work
